Safety First Policy

Your safety is our priority. All lessons begin with a beach briefing covering ocean awareness, surf conditions, and equipment use. Participants must follow instructor guidance at all times while in the water. If conditions are deemed unsafe due to weather or swell changes, lessons may be rescheduled to ensure everyone’s wellbeing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made within the approved notice period are eligible for rescheduling or credit. Late cancellations or no shows may not be refunded due to limited group sizes and instructor allocation. If we need to cancel due to weather or safety reasons, you will be offered a reschedule or full credit.

Respect the Ocean and Community Policy

We operate with deep respect for the ocean, local community, and fellow surfers. All participants are expected to follow surf etiquette, respect other water users, and care for equipment provided. We encourage a positive, supportive environment in and out of the water.
